If you and your driving partner are looking for a long-term team opportunity with strong earning potential and predictable home time, this position is built for you. Our CDL-A Team Drivers earn $2,000 guaranteed weekly per driver while averaging 5,000–5,500 team miles per week. You will operate late-model Cascadia Freightliners hauling dedicated dry van freight throughout the lower 48 states. This position is ideal for established True Teams who enjoy the freedom of the open road while having the stability of consistent freight and dependable support from our operations team. Position Highlights: $2,000 guaranteed weekly pay per driver Average 5,000–5,500 team miles per week OTR routes across the continental United States Dedicated dry van freight Late-model Cascadia Freightliners No-touch freight Consistent miles and reliable freight Virtual orientation available 3 weeks out / 1 week home schedule.
