CDL A Regional Truck Driver Benefits:

Regional CDL A Driver Pay: $1,350 – $1,550

Depending on route and location

Guaranteed weekly pay for all locations – $1,350

Starting pay up to $84,000 annually

Average of 2,300 – 2,500 MPW

100% no-touch freight

Layover pay, stop pay, and detention pay

Requirements:

Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL A)

Must be at least 21 years of age to meet FMCSA interstate commerce requirements

At least 3 months of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) experience

Currently eligible to operate a commercial motor vehicle under DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policy

To remain eligible for company insurance coverage, operators must demonstrate a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR), defined as having three (3) or fewer moving violations in the most recent three-year window

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (per 49 CFR Part 40) and have a clear status in the FMCSA Clearinghouse

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks, motor vehicle record review, and compliance with DOT regulations, where applicable
