CWR Trucking is looking for dependable drivers to primarily deliver doors, windows, trim, and other building materials in the Lubbock and surrounding area. This position focuses on box truck deliveries, with occasional support on lumber deliveries when needed. We are seeking Class A CDL drivers, but will also consider experienced Class B and Class C drivers. This is steady, local work with a company that values safety, professionalism, and treating drivers with respect. Pay (Guaranteed Weekly Base) Class A CDL: $825/week Class B: $775/week Class C (experience required): $750/week Weather does not affect your pay — show up, and you're paid. What We Offer: Local routes only – you're home every night Guaranteed weekly base pay Raises available for well-qualified and high-performing drivers Overtime pay (time and a half) for hours over 45 Bonus pay for: Shingle loads (based on number of squares delivered) Saturday deliveries (always paid time and a half, regardless of weekly hours) Schedule: Monday–Friday, Start 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM (Start times vary based on routes) until route completion Occasional Saturdays with additional pay Average work week: 40–45 hours Primary Job Duties: Deliver doors, windows, trim, and building materials using box trucks Occasional flatbed/lumber delivery support when needed Safely unload materials at residential and commercial jobsites Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch What We Expect: Class A CDL preferred (Class B and experienced Class C considered) Valid DOT medical card (for all drivers) Clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs and safely unload freight frequently Commitment to safety, communication, and customer service Forklift experience is a plus If you're reliable, hard-working, and want to be part of a team that prioritizes both professional standards and work-life balance, we’d love to hear from you. 📞 Call Dustin at (806) 670-9903 to set up an interview 📦 Positions available immediately.
