Pay Features Door to door practical miles—empty & loaded $1,500 - $1,550 weekly guarantee (based on experience) Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters—$200/day Activity Pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run: $20 for pickups & deliveries $12 for trailer relays and shuttles $20/hr detention pay (starts after 1 hour) $270-$280/day layover pay

Quarterly Profit Sharing Share immediately in Nussbaum’s financial success! Each quarter, you’ll receive a bonus payment based upon Nussbaum’s profitability in the previous quarter.

Early Exit Option We believe in the jobs we offer, and we're confident you'll find a home here. But, if you decide in the first 90 days that Nussbaum isn't the right fit, we'll help you transition out with a $2,000 payout. No gimmicks or strings attached. Must haul for 30 days and separate before 90 days.

Driver Requirements Valid CDL A Minimum age of 21 6 months of recent experience OR complete our training program No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years Meet all other Nussbaum requirements.
