A Select LLC is a growing Arizona-based carrier looking for professional CDL-A drivers who value respect, communication, and work-life balance. Due to our current operational and insurance requirements, we're only hiring drivers who are based in Arizona. We understand that trucking is a profession, but family always comes first. What We Offer ✅ Flexible Home Time We work with our drivers whenever possible to accommodate family events, appointments, and important personal commitments. ✅ Family Emergency Support When unexpected situations happen at home, we do our best to adjust schedules and get drivers home when they need to be there. ✅ Pay Package • Starting at $0.65 - $0.70 per mile / $1 in CA (Pay increase after 90 days based on performance) • All miles paid (loaded and empty) • Paid detention / extra stops • Weekly pay every Friday / 1099 position ✅ Freight; Routes • Dry Van or Reefer freight • No-touch freight • Arizona to WA, AZ to TX, or Midwest lanes and back weekly ✅ Equipment; Technology • PrePass / Motive ELD system • Dedicated repair facility / Regular Preventive Maintenance ✅ Support; Communication • 24/7 dispatch support • Honest communication Driver Requirements • Minimum 3 years CDL-A experience • Clean MVR • 3 work-related references • Safety-minded Why Drivers Stay With Us • Flexible Home Time and Family-Oriented Management • Reliable Equipment and Consistent Freight • Weekly Pay and Honest Communication • Respect and Professionalism We are not the biggest carrier on the road, but we believe in treating drivers fairly, communicating honestly, and building long-term relationships.
